GET /api/leisure/city-routes → GetCityRoutesUseCase

Returns paginated city routes. Any authenticated user. Page size is 3, sorted by id ascending. Cached in cityRoutes keyed by locale-page.

Inputs​

GET /api/leisure/city-routes?page=0 — no body.
